Lucyxchat lets a registered, paying user place a private, voice-only call to the real person behind an avatar, and schedule such calls. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account: your email and password (shared with your lucyx.ai account), and display name.
Contact details: your mobile phone number and email, if you provide them, so we can send you call-related notifications.
Usage: call requests, scheduled times, token balance/transactions, and technical logs needed to place calls (voice is peer-to-peer and is not recorded by us).

How we use it

To connect and bill voice calls you initiate, and to run the scheduling/callback features.
To send you transactional notifications about calls (a call request, a confirmed time, a reminder, or "she's ready now") by push notification, email, and/or SMS text message.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional SMS from Lucyxchat about your calls (requests, confirmations, reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in with any third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is used only to deliver the Lucyxchat notifications you signed up for.

Sharing

We use service providers strictly to operate the product — e.g., Cloudflare (call connectivity) and Twilio (SMS delivery). They process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can stop SMS with STOP, disable push notifications in your browser/phone, and request deletion of your account data by emailing [email protected].
